Just in case you wonder.... I don't ever get tired of seeing the Golden Gate Bridge, or Alcatraz or the Headlands, or the San Francisco skyline. I go over the bridge every day and see these sights every day. Sometimes people ask if we take it for granted. I never do. The Golden Gate Bridge, coming out of the Waldo Tunnel from Marin, is like a snowflake. Every morning it is different, every night it is different. Sometimes the sun isn't up yet and it is enveloped in fog, sometimes the sun is just coming up and hitting it just right and it looks, well... golden and sometimes it is just peaking the very tip out of the fog and it looks magical.

I wonder if people in New York ever get tired of seeing the Statue of Liberty or people in Chicago ever get tired of seeing Lake Michigan or the White Castle building.

So, just in case anybody wondered, I never take the most beautiful place on earth, Northern California, for granted. I love it and cherish it and never get tired of its beauty.
